The end product to be achieved is quite viscous. Not only that, a homogenous emulsion needs to be formed at the initial stage of mixing prio addition of thickener in the end.
Thus Multimix was able to solve this by providing Batch High Shear Mixer 105 with interchangeable disperser.
The mixer is also equipped with a motorized lifting system where the height of mixer can be adjusted accordingly at any time of mixing without moving the barrel/drum itself.
The unit is also very mobile to be transported around the factory and flexible to be used with any kinds of existing vessels.
