This Multimix Multi Shafts Mixer is capable of making 300-400L adhesives / heavy viscosity mixing. The mixer comes with three impellers system: anchor with scrappers + two shafts of multiple dispersers. The vessel itself can be open/closed via hydraulic lifting and equipped with multiple safety features such as anti-start lock of mixer and anti-drop vessel lid feature.
The vessel is also a jacketed type enabling user to heat/cool the product using heating bath/industrial chiller during mixing process.
The entire mixing system is also fully sanitary and compliant with GMP requirements and all of its wetted parts (in contact with product) are made of SS316L materials.
